They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even upgrading our room. The traditional decoration inside was a pleasant surprise, and the bright lobby added to the overall ambiance. The breakfast on the terrace was a highlight, offering breathtaking views of the medina at sunset. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the medina and easy access to taxis. The warm and personal care we received from Sameerah, the manager, made our stay truly unforgettable. I can't recommend this hotel enough!

It was great to have a dedicated space to unwind and chill out in the room.- The en suite bathroom, air conditioning, and safe in the guest rooms were fantastic amenities that added to the overall convenience and comfort of my stay.- The partially open bathrooms with complimentary toiletries and hair dryers were a great touch, ensuring that I had everything I needed for my personal care.- The air-conditioned suite with a flat-screen TV and satellite channels provided great entertainment options during my downtime.- The air-conditioned room with a private bathroom and free toiletries was clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.- The air-conditioned room with three sofa beds and an LCD TV with satellite channels was perfect for a group stay, offering ample space and entertainment options.- The guestrooms were fitted with all the amenities I needed for a good night's sleep, ensuring that I felt rested and refreshed during my stay.
